Delivery

According to the regulations governing distance contracts, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years of age.

Delivery

• Delivery within the city limits of Liepāja is free of charge.
• Delivery to all other locations in Latvia costs €5.
• Delivery via KURJERPASTS to the nearest parcel locker anywhere in Latvia costs €5.

Customers cannot choose a specific delivery date or time. However, you may indicate your preferred delivery time in the order notes, and we will do our best to plan our delivery route accordingly.

Before delivery, the courier will contact the customer by phone.

If the customer is not present at the specified delivery location and it is not possible to adjust the delivery route, the order may be cancelled and refunded, or, upon agreement with the customer, rescheduled for another date and time.

Age Verification

If it is not possible to verify the recipient's age, the courier will not hand over alcoholic beverages. In such cases, the order will be cancelled.

Age verification is carried out only upon presentation of a valid passport or national ID card to the courier.

Alcohol Delivery Restrictions

The delivery and handover of alcoholic beverages is prohibited between 8:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
